Prayer for Salvation: This is the first and most significant pray that anyone could pray. This is the one that matters. This is when you acknowledge that Jesus is in fact the Son of God, born of a virgin, that He walk this earth a sinless man, yet died a sinners death to pay for our sins. That He rose again on the third day and is know seated at the right hand of the Father in Heaven. When you have prayed this prayer, and believed it, and ask Him into your heart and life you have received the free gift of salvation.
Prayer of Consecration or Commitment: You need to commit the way you walk, talk, think, act, and feel to God. We need to line every part of our lives up with the Word of God. This is the prayer of commitment or consecration, casting or rolling our cares and worries over on Him once and for all, each one as it comes.
Prayer of Praise and Worship: God responds to praise. He inhabits or indwells it, and He is worthy of it. The prayer of praise and worship is ministering to God. You don't bring any petitions to God in the prayer of worship.
Prayer of Agreement or Corporate Prayer: There is power in praying in agreement with others. This prayer is never done alone and is always done with full knowledge of what is being prayed for.
Prayer of Intercession: Interceding on behalf of others is a major tool in spiritual warfare. This pray is only used to pray for others and never includes personal needs. Most often, the Holy Spirit initiates intercession.
Prayer for Healing: Is used to seek healing of any kind from God. It may be prayed for yourself or others who need healing. It can be used along with the prayer of faith and the prayer of agreement.
Prayer of Binding and Loosing: This is a major tool in spiritual warfare. It is used to bind, or prevent, the forces of darkness from operating in someone’s life. It is also used to loose God’s miracle power and the power of His word into the lives of those it is prayed for. This can be prayed for yourself or for others.
